The project carried out:
- The Pamplona Retail Park is located approximately five minutes by car to the south of the city of Pamplona in the region of Navarra in Spain. It is located among the highest concentration of retail outlets in the region, next to the “La Morea” shopping centre, whose main anchor is the E. Leclerc hypermarket (9,000 m²) and which has various secondary anchors, including Zara and Hennes & Mauritz.
- The Pamplona retail park has good road access and a catchment area of 394,882 inhabitants within a 30-minute drive.
- Completed in 2003, the owner developed 25,000 m² of GLA distributed over eight outlets, including Feuvert (car repairs), Aldi Supermarkets and PC City, part of DSG International, as well as 3,850 car parking spaces.
