Extremely responsible and hard-working, he tried hard to become a member of the team and his workmates at the Martina restaurant made it very easy for him. From the very start he waited tables, cleared away, served beers, and helped with auxiliary tasks in the large kitchen of this restaurant, with the friendliness that characterises him.
Javier carried out on-the-job Restaurant and Bar Assistant and basic kitchen operations training at the Martina restaurant as part of the “Bar & Kitchen” project. Asprona’s skills training service (a programme co-funded by the European Social Fund, as part of the operating programme 2014-2020 of Castilla La Mancha) together with la Fundación ONCE as part of the Youth Employment Programme 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Social Fund, hereby concludes this training project aimed at promoting the employment of people with intellectual disabilities.
We wish to thank the Martina restaurant for their collaboration on this project with Asprona’s skills training service and for contributing to the creation of inclusive employment opportunities.
